Elite2Serve Community Transitional Services is dedicated to helping students and adults with disabilities discover their strengths, explore career opportunities, develop workplace skills, and achieve greater independence. Through person-centered employment and transition services, we empower individuals to build confidence, gain real-world experience, and pursue meaningful employment within their communities.

Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
Helping students with disabilities prepare for employment through career exploration, workplace readiness training, self-advocacy, job shadowing, travel training, and paid work experiences.
Employment Services
Supporting individuals in developing workplace skills, obtaining employment, and achieving long-term success through job coaching, employment skills development, and career planning.
Career Discovery & Assessments
Helping individuals identify strengths, interests, support needs, and career goals through comprehensive career discovery and assessment services.
Employer Partnerships
Connecting employers with motivated students and job seekers through workplace tours, informational interviews, job shadowing, paid work experiences, and employment opportunities.
